3.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

3.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
