5. Refund & Return Policy
5.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a custom or personalized product (custom cases are final sale unless defective).
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
5.2 EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@badrezz.com with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.
5.3 How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@badrezz.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
5.4 Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item, as required by EU law.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.5 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange for a higher-value item, you will be charged the price difference. Contact us at returns@badrezz.com to arrange an exchange.
5.6 Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference. Under the EU legal guarantee of conformity, you are covered for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery.
